GROUPS
Group sessions are a great way to build skills, connect with others, and embrace self-discovery. The learning is interactive and experiential – join us today!

Run Club
Exercise doesn’t have to be miserable! Come learn how to build the basics without pain or getting left behind. No fees or sign-ups, just show up. We meet every Saturday morning from 08:30-09:00.

Struggle School
The Struggle School offers a chance to practice setting boundaries in intimate situations, but in a fun and non-sexual setting. Come alone or with your partner(s) to learn how to ask for what you want, change your mind, and protect yourself.

Consent Workshops
Consent workshops show you how to translate sensations into healthier relationships. Once you figure out what consent feels like, the people around you can’t help but change for the better.
ONE ON ONE
Sometimes, focused attention makes all the difference. My one-on-one sessions are designed to meet you where you are, with customized support and hands-on learning.

Traditional Thai Massage
When you’re used to being numb, how do you start to feel again? With Traditional Thai Massage, I help you reconnect with all the sensations you’ve learned to ignore, while giving you time to track them as they change. (The deep relaxation and release of tension are a bonus!)

Personal Training
Fitness culture tends to promote harder, faster, and stronger, often at the cost of your long-term physical or mental health. I focus on training healthy joints and ease of movement so that your body isn’t stopping you from enjoying life.

Communicate with Confidence
Mistakes are common when learning new skills, and interoception is no exception. I can teach you how to communicate in a way that separates emotions and needs, which keeps conversations on track.
